Incredible food, not at all what I expected from a truck. I had quite a few items while visiting the area and all were great.

Loved it!. Checked them out when they drove through town. Their food and juice drinks were all excellent. Wish we lived in Irvine so we could become regulars!
Give me LIME or nothing at all.. When I first saw this puke lime green truck I thought it was just another roach coach. Much to my amazement the food was fantastic. It was fresh, clean and exciting. Now I look for the Lime Boys every week. I love that BEET & Goat Cheese Salad. Up until these guys I was not a beet fan. Now if they only served a nice drink … with LIME in it everyone would be happy.

Had food from the lime truck at the Anaheim farmers market. I had the ultimate taco and a tofu taco. They were some of the most flavorful and most delicious tacos I’ve ever put in my mouth can’t wait to try other stuff
Delicious Foods And An Ever-Changing Menu. This isnt your typical food truck experience. They offer a variety of paninis and salads for their core menu, but every day they add an extra special menu item to mix things up. I personally love almost every menu item, and I look forward to the specials.Their prices are reasonable. You must keep in mind the quality of food you are getting at this truck is on par with most sit down restaurants (or higher!).My favorite special items are:Dan’s Tri-Tip TacoThe Most Interesting Sandwich in The WorldLamb PitaSmoreDaniel and Jason craft up a different special drink or two every day! These drinks are amazing! They usually offer one aloe based drink and one lime based drink. The aloe drinks are loaded with small bits of fruit and they give you a boba straw so you can enjoy every bit of it.
