Bachi Burger is a excellent restaurant for friends, dates and even takeout. I first tried Bachi in the Las Vegas location but now their in Los Angeles as well so decided to pay a visit tonight.The Location is off of Sawtelle which is a great location with other restaurants and bars.To cut to the chase, the food is amazing! The appetizers such as the oxtail chili cheese fries (tried in the Vegas location) and the Sausages that had to night are packing great flavor! For the burgers…so far I’ve tried the Mr. Ho, The Lonely Bird & the Miyagi-san’s Wagyu burgers and all are were cooked to perfection with great flavor and juiciness (I can’t eat a dry burger). The Miyagi-san’s burger is by far my favorite. It has a perfect balance between sweet and savory, giving you just the right amount of sweetness when you take your first bite, then allowing the savory to kick in once you begin chewing. The onion rings on the burger are amazing all on their own. I could eat those alone and be perfectly satisfied if I didn’t want a burger.The service is great as well! Our server Alexander stayed on top of things with drinks, asking if anything was needed occasionally and bringing food at a timely manor.Regardless the location, give these burgers a shot! You will not be disappointed.Visit date 3/18/2015
