This place is unique. The miso ramen is surprisingly excellent. I say this because it is not easy to make a miso ramen that is not too salty and too soupy at the same time. It appears that Chabuya achieved the perfect balance between miso and ramen all in one small bowl. I would say its miiso ramen may even top both SSG and DKY’s signature ramen. It is worth a second or fifth visit. I am definitely coming back to this joint next time I happen to be in the area. Chow On!
