Chilly ribbons closed down in westwood. Chilly ribbons was my best alternate to frozen yogurt. Very light, toppings were always fresh and it sure cooled you off in a summer day.
I didn’t have it here, but at EPCOT. It was really good. It was different from any Ice cream I’ve had before. I wish i went back for more.
