Disappointing. I really wanted to like Flores. The space is beautiful and the staff and service was great. My attempt to get my oder medium rare backfired as it came out well done. The replacement took 15 minutes. Often when this happens they offer to buy you a drink or bring out desert. NOPE. They are using top notch suppliers but sadly all of the food was over salted.
