The servers did not seem to care in terms of how to treat their customers. Took a teriyaki chicken and bbq chicken sandwich take away along with small fries. The teriyaki sandwich was pretty decent, but the bbq one a huge disappointment. The fries didn’t seem to have salt mixed, however the quantity is great. Overall it’s an average place and do visit it if other options aren’t available.

Ive been to habibi twice and both times really bad service. First time we asked the waiter for the bill it took him 30 minutes to get to us. Second time I went with a group of six and the coal was used. I asked them to change the coal about 3 times and then they brought one piece of coal and broke into 4. Gratuity was charged for 4 ppl which I thought was pretty weird since there was no special accomodation and service was horrible. Never going back and I seriously encourage others to find some other place.

This is a combination of two visits to habibi. The first was Thursday 6/30/2009. At this time I was seated at a table for one around 4 pm. I received the menu and then waited 15 minutes without even receiving water before I left to eat somewhere else. The second time was last night 7/3/2009. Me and four friends were seated in VIP. The service like always was horrible. At one point we had to ask the waiters FIVE times for new coals for our shisha. To make it better they charged us for five fountain iced teas because we had refills even though in the past refills were always free for iced tea. We are NEVER going back and I strongly discourage anyone from going to this overpriced and horribly serviced excuse of a hookah bar.

Didn’t eat but smoked hookah…. This place is cool, but I didn’t try the food, I know this comment defeat this sites purpose but I don’t care the atomosphere is friendly, full of UCLA college kids, and has good hookah for everyone to enjoy. Get the pillow seats they are super comfy.
