Excellent. We went to Vietnam a few months ago and wanted to re-live the trip with a meal. The bahn mi was really good, with a warm roll and very tasty mushroom and tofu filling. Spring rolls were good but we had the pork removed and maybe lost some of the flavor that way. The tofu-mushroom noodles were also excellent, and livened up with a bit of peanut sauce. Only suggestion would be to add a non-meat based soup. Service was helpful and friendly.

This is Vietnamese food for Mr and Mrs Jones, that’s probably the nicest way I’ll put it. It’s small inside so there’s always a wait, but I guess for Sawtelle that’s par for the course. The recipes aren’t bad…the broths are clean and light, however, lack true semblence of vietnamese food.Despite this the Bun Ga Nuong however is quite good their Nuoc Mam Cham is solid and you get lots of herbs so this dish is a winner.A place you might want to say you tried when other places aren’t busy.

Coming from Houston, they are skimpy on the amount of noodles for their pho soups.

Really delicious. My boyfriend and I went at this restaurant with no expectation, but it was delicious! We had Bun Pork and Bun Steak. Both dishes was tasty and it comes in a large bol. The service was fast and the staff was really kind. This is a great spot near Santa Monica.

Finally great Vietnamese in LA. Tasty, inexpensive, quick, friendly, and now no need to trek to SGV. facebook.com
