Outstanding Food and Value. One of my favorite places in LA anywhere since they’ve opened in the late 20th century. The flavors are so varied and distinctive, I just have to keep going back. There’s something for every kind of foodie: vegan, meat and potatoes, heart healthy, plain healthy, with the best ingredients obtainable. My wine group, Society of Bacchus, comes here for all its tastings where Hideyo makes a dinner for 12-16 to accompany the wines we’re tasting. We do this 7-9 times a year. Used to do it in the Century Plaza meeting rooms, but made this change for the better.I love to come to a place where I can always get a reservation no matter how short the notice and get treated so right so often. They’re the best!
