Poor service, good tea. I agree with the previous reviews. the cashiers/baristas are unfriendly. they also have intimidating signs in their bathrooms and at the cashier that says things like ‘do not use your cell-phones when ordering’ or ‘whoever trashed the bathroom i will find you…’ i cant exactly remember but whatever, their bubble teas are good!
The cashiers are rude, but who cares if they consistently serve good bobs drinks? I’ve had the regular milk tea, taro milk tea, honey green milk tea–all great with chewy boba!
Not friendly employee. Even the employee in volcano look attractive and young, but they are so unfriendly and never smile to customer. Really bad customer service. The jasmin milk tea is the way too creamy… the boba is soo..soo… The place is clean but its not comfortable to stay there, b/c of unfriendly employee and the place is not cozy too
