Pier 76 Fish Grill offers Excellent and fresh seafood with considerably generous servings at a reasonable price. It’s not a place you want to take someone on a romantic date but what it lacks in mood finesse it makes up for the quality of the food they serve. First I tried their crab rolls, it was a revelation of flavor after flavor as you take successive bites. I had ceviche next and it was refreshing as it should be though the shrim was a little over cooked but it did little to bring down my rating of this place. Perfect for quick lunches and after work festivities, Pier 76 is a must place to visit while in down town Long Beach. gastrofreak22.blogspot.com

Simple and good. First time here. I ordered the fish tacos and the grilled zucchini. The zucchini was outstanding…an awesome job. The fish tacos were very good. Good size, bit I like mine a tad spicier. Hot sauce was avilable, but I wanted to try them au natural. Besides, the tacos had a nice subtle slaw on them. I’ll be back.
Great place for a casual seafood meal with a beer. Friendly counter service with table delivery, inside and outside dining, great location in the upscale restaurant district on Pine Ave. Fish tacos and lobster roll were amazing. Very reasonable prices and ample portions.
If you like over-cooked fish and vegetables, this is your place. Maybe it’s the newness, but they have a long way to go.

My second time here. When ever I am in town I am making it a point to swing in here. The smoked fish tacos are amazing. Add to that the ahi poke and you have one flavor filled amazing lunch. Staff is great! Try it and it will quickly become a fav for you as well.
