Poor customer service. An apology would have been nice. Ordered two dozen specialty basketball donuts a day in advance as suggested for son’s team. I knew there might be a problem when they advertise specialty donuts on their web site, but the lady asked me three times what type of donuts I wanted after telling her all three times basketball ones. When my wife went to pick them up, they gave her two dozen regular donuts. They didn’t apologize for messing up the order and charged full price for the regular donuts which we could have gotten down the street for half the price. Researching further, there’s better places in Yorba Linda to get specialty or themed donuts.
I had my first donut there today and I bought the crumb twist donut (I’m not sure if that is what it’s called). It was probably the best donut I’ve had so far it was slightly crispy on the outside but in the inside it was sooooooo fluffy and soft and delicious.
