Not impressed. The food was cafeteria quality and more expensive than it was worth. With so many great BBQ options in CO, we will not be returning to Bennett’s.
I think this place is in Arvada! The beef brisket is the best in the Denver area. Had the three meat combo plate with ribs and chicken, all were very tasty. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant, very comfortable. Server was friendly and gave quick service. I will be back!
NOT Texas Barbecue. I’m from Texas, so I know good barbecue. The ribs were dry and tasteless. Service was poor. Ambiance was dated and gross. Fried pickles were decent, but sonic has good fried pickles too. Don’t waste your money.
The state of TX should sue…. This is NOT Texas style BBQ. Lowest common denominator BBQ…and expensive for what you get.
