Red Rocks Wine and Dine. Ambience first caught our eye. Set amidst the glow of an evening in the red rocks of Morrison, Colorado tables set out with Andirondak chairs, benches and low tables. Flagstone and xmas lights. Food and wine that are incomparably paired. The chef has a seasoned and fine pallette to meld his choice of appetizers, tapas, and entree with great wine flights. Foodies, I think you’d like this place. The dessert put me in a fetal position (think Woody Allen and Diane Keaton) with a chocolate Tuxedo bomb (sp?) with a port sauce and cream puffs with brownies on the side. I had a port he paired with it as well. OMG. I hate to even mention this place because we were able to get a nice outside table within 15 minutes of calling ahead.
