Great food Horrible Service. Jacks lost 3 regular customers today. Let me tell you about my last four times I have been to your restaurant.4 times ago…. We came in with a group of five. It was 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Upon being seated on the patio we were told we are out of eggs. Server takes drink orders….25 minutes later, (we still havent ordered) the eggs arrive. Server comes to take order and upon ordering breakfast (It’s now 11:00am) we are told you are no longer serving breakfast because you kitchen is to busy..3 times ago We came in on a Monday night 10/28 and we are sat and drink order taken….15 minutes later drinks come (we have a 4 year old with us waiting 15 mins for some milk) when drinks come back server says you are short staffed…we begin to order and immediately once the words fried pickles come out of my mouth server runs away to put the app order in and doesn’t take the rest of our order. 30 minutes from arriving we get out order finally taken.2 Times ago we come in on a Mon night with a group of ten people. Downstairs is not even completely sat. Probably 75 percent of the tables full. Server says there is no where to seat us. Ask about opening the upstairs since we have a large group ready to eat and drink. Server says they can’t open the upstairs. Server then tells us they had someone no call no show and doesn’t even try to have us wait or offer us any other option, walks a ten top.Today we come in (3 of us) with 2 more arriving. We go in and it’s completely full downstairs other then the 6 top in back left bar side w tv which is empty but filled with dirty dishes. Server tells us to check upstairs. We go upstairs to find only 2 two tops open. We walk back downstairs and ask for the table in back not cleaned yet. Server tells us we can wait by the bar. (while pouting about having to clean the table. ) We wait by the bar…server then comes back to tell us we can share the other six top with the people across that has 2 people sat at it. I politely decline and say we will wait for her to clean the dirty one as we would like our own table. She then says back to me while even after I clean the dirty one you are still going to have to share it (6 top five people…really????) to which I respond ok then we will leave. Server smiles and says ok.Your food is great, you have a great concept, but your service is horrible and you don’t seem to care about your customers. You just lost a weekly customer. Also our review was deleted off facebook. I would want to know when my employees didn’t give a damn, not deny and ignore. Because of that I am now going to copy and paste this review on every review sight possible.
Awesome local hideaway owned by a former Olympian. They have great daily specials and the staff is awesome. Sit on the patio and order some tacos on a Tuesday for a great meal at a great price. It has a great layout and offers something for everyone, nice patio, large main dining room, and it has a sports style bar area on the second floor incase you want to catch the game. This place is really one of the gems of the area and they could charge way more then they actually do. Go once and I guarantee it will become a weekly ritual.

Jack is GREAT. He found a table for our large group even though it was busy and took excellent care of us. My first time here and I feel like a regular!
Slider’s. Jacks is a great neighborhood meeting place. They have a good selection of sliders of which I’ve sampled a few. And a really good breakfast burrito. I especially like that they hire the developmentally disabled. I would support them for that alone, but the food, service and atmosphere are all well worth the visit.
