Terrible service. Food taste ok, worst service I’ve ever had with a Chinese restaurant in America. I ordered take out. They said it will take 20 minutes, I went in there and waited for 39 minutes finally went to them asked for a refund whether they were preparing it or not. I will never go back again.
Bad Every Time. Every time we have ordered from Royal Thai there is an issue with the order or it takes a ridiculously long time. We have been waiting OVER an HOUR AND A HALF for our dinner. I called 20 minutes ago and they said the driver had just left. When I called back she said that the driver had just left 5 minutes ago. I will NEVER order from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Unhappy customer. I was unhappy with the service of Royal Thai. They were hour and a half late and every time a called them to find out where the driver was they said he should be there any minute 35 minutes later I finally called up to cancel and they still said they will be there any minute. After I cancelled they finally came 20minutes later. If they would have just been honest with me and say they will call the driver and find out where he was I would have been satisfied. You lost a customer.
BAD. This food may be alright but their customer service is CRAP. The owner or whoever it is that served me once there, INCREDIBLY rude while he served us AND made our food and was RUDE like we were inconveniencing him by eating at his restaraunt, we were also the only ones in there and stared at the ENTIRE time but his small child who was left at a table alone the entire time. creepy.. not only that, don’t ask for delivery because 15 minutes will turned into an hour and half.. This place needs better management
