  I am so disappointed in this place, it failed could completely from all the hype it has. The prices are way over the top, especially considering how terrible the food is. The lobster roll was soggy, I squeezed a lot of water out of the lobster meat. The salad was sad and the dressing had zero flavor, it was like a slightly thickened milk. The drinks were SO small and lifeless. Fried chicken was way, way too greasy and unseasoned. Mashed potatoes and gravy had no flavor. The server couldnt answer a single question we asked and when we asked to find out she left and came back with no answers. No refills despite being seated in front of the server station, which reeked of rotted sewage. They couldnt pay me to return.

  This place has been open for about 2 months and operates like they just opened yesterday. Lousy customer service started when we walked in the door.The place was less than half full and we eyed a section that we wanted to sit at which was virtually empty of people. We specifically requested to sit at a table in that area that was half cushioned bench and half chairs. Since the hostess was talking with another person when I requested that section, I repeated it to her in case she didn’t hear me. She then told me she needed to get it prepped for us even though all of the empty spots were ready for guests including silverware and menus. The hostess then asked if the round booth in the corner was ok. I asked her, again, if we could sit in the cushioned bench area and she said that section is usually reserved for groups of 4 even though I was staring at a family of 5 sitting in that section. Dumbfounded by her lack of accommodating us with my repeated request, we sat at the booth. Then, our server came by asking for our drink order. We said we wanted chocolate milk for our eldest daughter and apple juice for our youngest daughter. He repeated it back to us since he wrote nothing down. When the drinks arrived, a white milk and water showed up for the girls. Did I mention he didn’t write anything down?? Hmmm. My father in law ordered a glass of tomato juice and when we asked where it was, the server said it would come with the coffee. Clearly our server was far-sighted as the coffee was already on the table when he said that. When it finally came, it was a shot glass of tomato juice instead. Really?!?When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best and overpriced. We’ll never visit this place again.
