Aspen Over Easy is a gem in the heart of town, particularly suitable for a quick walk-in bite when you’re feeling indecisive and wanting to be surprised.The service is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our party dined on the Trout sandwich, Bannanuttella Crepe, MYO Gluten-free burger and poached eggs on toast.There were certainly no complaints from our table and each of us most impressed with the quality of the ingredients, presentation and timeliness of our meals. For a quick bite at a reasonable price AOE is hard to walk passed. Will be back for sure….
FRESH SQUEEZED OJ!!! Enough said! I could end at that, but can’t forget to note the great food, the fun environment (cause we like loud ambiance music) and the eclectic vibe. The only opportunity for improvement would be the service, friendly enough, just could have been more excited to see us. 🙂 We will definitely go back again on future stays.
Best Breakfast. Nice place with great service, friendly staff and most of all excellent breakfast. No pushing and shoving or long waits for tables. Much more comfortable outdoor seating than the higher rated restaurants.
Great breakfast spot. Excellent espresso and the orange juice is squeezed fresh at the bar. Hash browns, pancakes, juevos rancheros are tasty. Service was fine with 11 full tables. Ate here twice and highlight recommend it
Good Food – Slow Service. Make sure you have time to waste, if they are busy! Brunch took nearly 3 hours from start to finish. We waited nearly an hour for our meal.
Cheap eats in Aspen. A lot of places in Aspen are expensive and It really didn’t shock me cause I was expecting it but when I came across this place, I was actually shocked on the price of the food and how delicious it was. This is probably one the best breakfast specialized places I have ever been to.
