Worst service I have ever experienced!!!!. Let me premise with the food was good. However, the service was the WORST I have ever experienced. Our waitress didn’t make eye contact with us, didn’t bring us our food (someone else did), and never checked on us… although she checked on the tables around us multiple times. When I was done (but not my friend) she quickly put the check on our table without eye contact and walked away again. We starting timing it and sat for over 15 minutes at the end of our meal and the waitress never checked on us ONCE. No refills, no asking why we hadn’t paid yet (we were waiting to ask to split the check), no eye contact. When I asked to speak to the manager our waitress came out and asked another table what they wanted to see her about! And when they said they hadn’t asked to see her, she went back inside STILL WITHOUT LOOKING AT US!!! I have never left a restaurant without tipping a waitress, but you can’t tip for no service at all!! I am so disappointed. 🙁

We sat down at 930 for breakfast it took 40 minutes to be asked what we would like to eat and drink, gave our order and asked for 5 waters, revived 4 waters and no food. At 1030 we started seeing other tables just get up and leave because the also were getting no service. At 1100 our long lost waitress came back and told us she had to go buy eggs and now the cook is refusing to make breakfast. After all of this we got up and left with two other tables! I’m not too sure why a place that runs off of tourism can’t figure out how to have enough eggs and staff for a holiday weekend!! If you want good Service and food, don’t eat at this restaurant!!!!!!!! I had to pour my own coffee!
Excellent service, ran out of some food but they were all about taking care of us while getting more to serve….large servings of food and very friendly staff!! Def will be back!!!
I had ribs, which was listed as the house specialty. They were basically ribs you would expect at a cafeteria. Seemed microwaved and not fresh. The wife’s chicken fingers were likely frozen and pretty mediocre. Service was mediocre as well. Prices were not exorbitant but I wouldn’t pay that much again for this food. Nice bar deck though. Overall pretty mediocre.
HORRRRIBLE. This was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant I have eaten at in my ENTIRE LIFE. Not only did they short change us, but they served KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese, and UNCOOKED chicken. Unfortunately, I did not stay around for desert, however I wouldn’t expect anything more than a pair of Twinkies on a dirty plate. The most rewarding part of the whole meal (by far) was when I walked out the front door.
