Element 47 is a exquisite little restaurant of Little Nell, at Aspen. After days long of hiking and skiing, this is the right place to come to for a romantic evening, and great food. Chef Lucas Rocca has curated such a great menu which would bowl you over, the menu keeps changing so wont give names of dishes here, but trust the staff when they are giving you the specials, because they are superb and give great suggestions. Everything on the menu is yummy and so delicious. Its a must do when at Aspen.
