I have been to HOPS culture twice and enjoyed it both times. Most recently, I had the wild bore sloppy joe and the loaded fried, and both were fantastic! The chicken and waffles is too much waffle, not enough chicken, which was disappointing. But, the rest was great!
Outstanding brews and food ! Downtown Aspen packed as is Hops ! Very quick service. Place is packed to watch college football. Try the Dry Dock Apricot Blonde Ale.
Huge selection of drinks at decent prices, very loud venue, friendly servers, but service is VERY slow (particularly in peak times). Have had the loaded dog combo meal which was tasty but the price was not $8 as advertised during the 3-6pm happy hour.
They have an amazing selection of drinks and beers. Food is unique and prices are reasonable! Our server was very polite and knowledge about food and drinks. Atmosphere is very relaxed and fun! Open space and lots of good conversation. I recommend coming here for a good laid back time with friends and family
