Maru is a lively spot, central to downtown Aspen serving great quality, fresh and original Japanese cuisine. Accompanying the comprehensive menu (including catering for those with food allergies) is a comprehensive beverage list including local and imported (from Japan) beer, sake and whiskey, all very reasonably priced. The service is great too. In my opinion, the best Japanese in Aspen.
