Ooooooooh my goodness. This was among my best experiences in Aspen. Period.Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere?Samples all over the place and friendly service for days. Star Granted.Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost?$4.30 is a bit steep for the pictured dish below…but not only is this ice cream handmade, but you get a cookie! Star Granted.Stars 3 and 4: How was the food?Dear God yes. Is it gelato? No, but it’s not advertised as such. Even so, it’s damn close. On top of the quality, the selection was fantastic. Have you ever had gingerbread cookies and cream? Me neither, but let me tell you… it’s amazing. Dual Stars Granted.Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could?Without hesitation. Star Granted.

Large selection of baked goods and ice-cream. They also do coffee. VERY popular so line is often out the door. I didn’t like the peach flavored ice cream, as it tasted fake. But the chocolate and pistachio flavours are amazing.
Poor service …period end
It is just a bakery and ice cream shop. They don’t have sandwiches as the menu indicates. I’m not sure where that menu came from.
Had a snickerdoodle cookie and some ice cream with ginger and cookie in it. They were both good, but I’ve definitely had better cookies and ice cream. By report, the chocolafe chip cookie is the way to go. I think w picked the wrong items.
