I was ready to leave after two minutes. I wish I had. The sever was horrible. I have never seen anything like it, anywhere. The food did not redeem the situation.
Was there on November 1st. Will never go there again. Ridiculously high price for no good reason. Examples: Fondue side dish had a small side plate of apple slices & some tasteless little bread cubes not much bigger than a green pea. You would think you would run out of dippers. Nope, wasn’t enough mediocre dip for even that. $18. Really? I had the Schnitzel. OK size, OK quality, but dry as hell. Had some so called lingonberry sauce on the side. Not a very appetizing topping for meat, in my view. Gravy? No way & didn’t even have any to bring me. Complained about that to hostess when leaving. Talked to me like I didn’t understand what ‘Traditional’ Schnitzel meant, and that’s the way they make it in Austria. REALLY? SO WHAT? I’ve been to Austria, didn’t order Schnitzel, but had it in Germany, many times in Asia & in America and it always had gravy. I said, sorry honey, but the other restaurants called theirs Traditional also and you’re in America, not Austria. She didn’t care! Offered nothing for problem. $20 for that, should have been maybe $10-15. As I said, will never go there again.
