One of my all time favorite spots for lunch, local place, every thing they serve is always very tasty and fresh. Plus give you a complimentary dessert! My personal favorites are the quiche and salad with an iced zucchini muffin, the chicken or beef French dip are yummy as well!

Perfect for a quick, light breakfast.. My friend and I stayed in Avon and walked over from the Christie Lodge for a light breakfast before we headed to Vail Village where we had plans for a big lunch. I had the hazelnut pastry with coffee and my friend had a ham and cheese pastry. Both were delicious! Service was great and our meal was inexpensive relative to other places in the area. We also took some cookies to go which were delicious as well.

Fabulous Pastry, but…. The danish and other delectables are fantastic, but the service and schedule is a little dicey. At 7:30 am they were just rolling out the first pastries for sale for the day, and when we asked for an espresso, we were told to go over to Starbucks because they didn’t have the machine ready yet. So, if you’re 5am-risers like us, go for an early morning hike at Hanging Lake, THEN go get your Venti cappuccino before heading over to Columbine. The pastries really are worth it.

Mediocre at best. Unfriendly staff, they mess up one thing about my order every single time. Really slow, call and order ahead. If we had any other choices in town I wouldn’t eat here.

BBriant. Authentic European style cafe & bakery. Great fresh baked bread daily , lunch specials about $12 change daily. Family run operation, Swiss owner/chef.

Friendly service, good prices for the area, and you get a free cookie with lunch!
