We love em!. As a local resident we visit Fiesta Jalisco often. We love their food – especially the Carna Asada sp? We also love the service. We have never been charged gratuity and have had larger groups at times.
Taco Bell is an upgrade. My family and I come to Avon every year, and we have never eaten here before. This year was our first and last time eating here. The service was AWFUL. It took forever to order drinks. 30 minutes later no one had taken our orders for dinner, (mind you this is at 5:00 on Tuesday night and the place had MAYBE 4 families) The food was VERY POOR. We had to GET UP AND FIND SOMEONE for refills. When we recieved the tab they had added on an 18% tip…we only had 4 adults. They were defensive and very rude. Will never go here again, and spend your money elsewhere!

We went in with a group large enough for added in tip. They basically padded the tip. They charged us extra for hot sauce without letting us know. Then charged us 2.99 for cheese on our fajitas when it was listed on the menu for 0.99. When we asked about it, they argued with us. The food was not great. The refried beans were watery and the breading on the tamale was too thick and the beef for the fajitas was a little gristley. Sadly disappointed.

If you don’t know anything about good Mexican food then you will like it. The food is HORRIBLY bland and the service is awful! Our waiter took 15 min to come take our drink order and then scoughed when we asked questions about their menu. I grew up on badass Mexican/texmex and I would go eat at taco bell before going to this disgusting excuse for a restaurant!
I love this place So much they practiccly know what I want when I walk in. 100,000,000,000,000,000 stars.
