Great food. Upscale Mexican Cuisine.
This place is amazing! Service was top notch and the food was delicious. I had the bacon guac and cod tacos. So good. My boyfriend had the carne asada and loved it. Drinks were pretty good as well. We even stuck around for dessert. I highly recommend it!
Worst service ! Skip this place ! It Will stress you out if you are trying to relax and have a quite meal. The orders were messed up . Suggest only order burgers as it seems that’s the only thing they can cook well or just go to Mc Donald’s it’s that bad!
Over priced. Guacamole and margaritas were good. The food was just ok but very expensive. It was $170.00 for 3 people and we only had 2 margaritas. Also, we were told that the entrees (all priced around $30-$39 would not be enough to fill us up.We did not like the mushroom enchilada at all – didn’t eat it. The waitress offered to bring something else but we weren’t interested in waiting for another entree. She didn’t bother to remove the entree from our bill. This is bad service.I won’t return. Definitely NOT impressed.
Great Mexican Food Experience!. Having grown up in Colorado, I love Mexican food, especially really good Mexican food! So when Ii return to my home state from Florida, I always seek out an exceptional Mexican experience. I found that experience in Beaver Creek at Richard Sandoval’s new addition to town, Maya.We liked it so much we ate there twice and did 2 happy hours on our short trip to Vail. The Happy Hour food and margaritas are very good. Enjoy the outdoor patio, comfy furniture and great views weather permitting. For dinner the first time we ate there we started out with chips and salsa (very good but not epic) and the tableside guacamole service (make sure you get this!) made to order! Wow. Perfect way to start a great dinner! For the main course I had the anchiote marinaded Carne Asada with a bacon wrapped fresno chile. It was amazing. I loved the tender steak marinaded in the flavorful sauce. Yum!!!! The second time we ate there, we ordered the tableside guac again and this time we decided to share the Mole Sampler. The Moles were both savory and creative. I highly recommend this selection as well due to the various types of protein and 3 different Moles that you can mix and match. Each mole takes hours to make (or so I read) so to enjoy 3 at the same time was sensory overload! The dinner was so good we decided to splurge and order 2 Don Julio 1942s at the bar that came in a snifter. The 2 drinks were not cheap but a perfect way to end an amazing dinner!Make sure you try this place if you love Mexican!
Delicious!!! Table side guac- amazing! Smoked brisket tacos- wonderful!
Brunch was AMAZING!. Honestly – one of the best brunches I’ve ever had! We came in town for the weekend for a party at the Westin and had brunch at Cima the next day. OMG. The Eggs Benedict were to die for with just the right amount of spice. Our table of four had different things and EVERYTHING was great! I am craving Cima now just thinking about it. They gave me a cute cupcake for my birthday. One of my new favorite restaurants.
