The waitress I get is very rude every time I go there every morning,her name is Alisa she never Acknowledges me when I’m ready to order. I also noticed she doesn’t acknowledge the other customers, I always have to wave at to take my order, she never says good morning when I walk in it she is very rude. always takes her forever, when she is my waitress, she always has to finish what she’s doing behind the counter it always looks like she’s doing nothing, I always have to look for her she’s always around the corner on her phone.but the food is great, all the other staff is amazing!!
We were told this was a great place to eat, and that was correct. On the other hand, they have the worst service on the planet. When you work in a tourist town you don’t have the luxury of being an a..hole to your patrons. It is self service they don’t mention that when you come in. We sat down waiting for service and none of the workers mentioned that even though they walked by the table. We finally ordered and when the cooks screamed out our order number several times even though we were on our way to get it. It’s equivalent to having your mother scream at you to come to the dinner table. When we got our food we didn’t have silverware. My husband asked the kitchen staff because of course it wasn’t marked and their answer was rude. I mean at this point it was to be expected. If you enjoy good food with a side dish of rude and hateful this place is for you.
Unbelievable pancakes. Some amazing coffee. This is the perfect breakfast spot. I had blueberry pancakes, and my husband got the Elvis Pancakes. Both were amazing, but the Elvis Pancakes blew us away! And the coffee…we had to buy a pound to bring it home. It’s definitely the best dining experience in the area!! Loved it.

Food was decent but cold – not worth the money. TERRIBLE service.. I expected this place to be a little pricey because of the trendy atmosphere and menu but it was definitely not worth it. We ordered eggs benedict, huevos rancheros and 2 coffees for a grand total of $30. Food was cold (yuck, who likes cold eggs??). You have to serve yourself softdrinks, water, condiments and silverware which is fine, but you can’t get your own coffee!! After being blatantly ignored by the staff at the breakfast bar just to get a coffee refill I finally walked behind the counter myself and poured my own cup. Definitely won’t be going back here.
I really don’t understand how this place has such good reviews. Food was nasty, cold and over cooked. The atmosphere is nothing short of a complete CLUSTER. You have to get your own silver ware, that every one in the restaurant is touching. Bathrooms were dirty. We paid $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids breakfast and didn’t even get the hash browns with one order. Don’t bother telling any one because it is a self serve place. We won’t go back. Ick.
Not to be Missed!. Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You may think that how could they be great at all – but they’ve got it figured out! don’t miss this great spot!
