Whoa, stop the horses! A hotdog stand with real Chicago Style hotdogs in Colorado! Sign me up. Although I had already eaten dinner on this one fine evening, I had to check it out. Drown that dog in homemade chili and top it with some heart stopping cheese (sorry, no onions in my world)! Mmmmmm, delicious! And serve up that Chicago Style dog for my friends. Both were well worth the side trip and provide a great trip down memory lane as I hadnt eaten a chili dog in years. I must mention that servers were excellent. They were trying to close when I went galavanting in the door and they didnt even roll their eyes when they decided to serve us. Thanks for staying a bit longer so that I could have this great experience. cinfullysimple.com
Dog-gone Good!. I’ve been eating at Mustard’s consistently throughout the last 12 years of my life, and as a Boulder native of 25 years, I can firmly tell you that you will not find a better burger, dog, and fries in this town. The passion for the Chicago style runs very deep, both in the food, and in the decor. The walls are covered in pictures of Chicago history and memorabilia, and there is also a wall devoted to photos of hot dog stands and establishments. The character of the place shines through like no other, and the food will bring you back again and again. Get some!

It is the best in the wold
As a Vegetarian, it is great to find a fast food joint with options. The veggie dogs are great and the fries are good too, but what sends them over the top is the pepper relish. Delish!
