The perfect place for a lunch meeting in Boulder! They have a wide variety of options that are all sourced from local farms.Fun fact: as the expand to new markets (like Memphis) they fundraise to help ensure the local farmers have the infrastructure in place to support their restaurants. Talk about doing good!For appetizers, I highly recommend the garlic fries. I don’t have a photo of them, because they were gone before I noticed! Perfect to share with the table.The Curry Chicken Salad is delightful with so many amazing flavors from the curry, to fresh lettuce, to hazelnuts to the slightly salty lime vinaigrette. The Kitchen is a Boulder institution that never disappoints with its high quality food and friendly, professional service. I’ve been here for both lunch and dinner; for both personal and business reasons. They serve good, fresh food sourced from local purveyors and growers at a reasonable price. The service is always great and the restaurant is a strong proponent of the local community. What more could you ask for?
Food was just ok. Service a bit slow. Tables too close together. Too many other great local restaurants to go here again.
The Kitchen is top on my list when owe return to Boulder. All the food is the freshest you can find and the wait staff is the best. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Farm to table DElish and hip. A+ service, nice decor, and really, really good food. Husband’s pork shoulder melt-in-your mouth superb, my quinoa with roasted asparagus was to die for!
Fresh & Tasty. Me and my siblings walked by this place and just got sucked in. It has a very cute modern bistro look to it – extremely simple (colors, decor, dishes, etc.) with nice wood and other natural textures. We each tried something different and shared a few appetizers and everything was very tasty! This place seems to use great quality food and uses the natural flavors (with some spices I’m sure) of the food as the premise of each dish. We came in at their busiest time, during the day, but it was definitely worth the wait! 🙂
This is THE place to go for good food.. Consistently fantastic food and AMAZING service. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Boulder. It is always first on my list for a night out with friends, and I always make sure to take out-of-town visitors. So excited that they are now also in Denver!
