While the Med is sometimes a little loud, it’s one of my go-to restaurants when friends, family, or business associates are in town. Price is midrange for Boulder. Food is very good. Service is top notch. I’ve been here scores of times and I have never once been disappointed in anything I’ve eaten.
My family comes here a lot when we do big group dinners. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, which is a nice thing for a business to be. The food is great too, and I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Even when its busy, you can have a private experience, or head to the bar where its a little louder.
Amazing happy hour! Their happy hour tapas menus are the best culinary values I’ve found in CO. My family will be back roughly 10 times per year…keep it up! Fun patio too.
Disappointing. Rude and slow service. The food was decent, but I was expecting much more due to their great reviews. Doesn’t deserve a second visit.

Mediterranean is an excellent restaurant in downtown Boulder. We ate there on Thursday evening and it was packed. The space is fairly modern and quite nice yet casual. Our server, Bryant, was wonderful. The food was excellent. When they named the restaurant, they meant it – Spanish, Italian, Greek – it’s all there and well executed. Our table shared some tapas and then ordered main courses. We had a bottle of a very nice Rioja, but when we ordered a second bottle, they were out of it. However, our server recommended an appropriate replacement at the same price that was also excellent. There was one problem. My hangar steak was supposed to be medium-rare, but it came out medium-well. When the waiter asked, I told him that my steak was not done properly. They not only replaced it with a properly cooked steak, they took the main course off of my bill. That is the kind of response I expect from a fine restaurant.
