Absolutely INCREDIBLE and truly culinary. Looking at the menu one becomes rather perplexed as it is one of the most inventive, creative menus we have ever seen in our worldly travels. The texture, color and array of flavors blend beautifully. Chef/owner is remarkable. We had the opportunity to meet Chef Scott after we raved about our apps, dinner and his wonderful homemade ice cream. We understand after meeting this marvelous man who is so full of energy and life why his cooking style is off the charts genius. Staff is highly professional and the warm welcome received upon arrival carries through the dining experience. Wine list extensive and cocktails beautifully created with taste out of this world. Setting is gorgeous as you are surrounded by works of art on the wall, table, at the bar and definitely in the kitchen. Simply said, a culinary experience we look forward to enjoying again and again.
Highly recommend trying this gem next time you are in Breckenridge. Our entire dining experience was amazing, from Jake’s attentive, informative and friendly service to the palate pleasing food. Feel free to try anything on the menu, you will not be disappointed!
There is such a variety of food. There are so many things to try. Our whole family loves it.
They focus to much on being fancy and hardly give you any food. It was a let down.
Loved the specialty drink with bourbon, would agree with the food pairing… Service was top notch. Ordered the scallops but would not order them again. Loved the appetizer pizza and mac & cheese
Food is strangely paired. The bar atmosphere is neat, don’t eat here
Delicous!. Visited Ember with some friends in from town. The menu was fairly short with say a dozen options, but each item unique in their own way. We tried the chef’s interpretation of turducken and I went with the New York Strip. The ingredient list was for each item was diverse, almost too diverse. However, it was pulled off exceptionally well. Tucked away in an old house off the main drag, the restaurant felt warm and comfortable. Amidst feel of the older dwelling you could feel the modern touches all around you. Our waitress was exceptional and the manager checked in on us regularly. All in all, a wonderful experience at Ember.
