Set in a quaint cottage, with a contemporary atmosphere, Ember Restaurant is a gem. The restaurant has an intimacy, based on multi-level dining areas. An entry bar area is popular with local Breck residents, and is frequent meeting spot.My daughter and I opted for the Pheasant Empanada’s with black bean filling, quinoa salad, nectarine salsa, and tomato aji. This appetizer was layered with a variety of flavors. For our main course we both selected the Lamb Sirloin, which was amazing. The lamb was balanced with a medley of chorizo hominy, green olive tapenade and cauliflower peach saffron coulis. A great meal to reinforce the ambience of this cozy restaurant!Glenn Almack
