Really good burgers!. With an 1.5 hour wait at the Breckenridge Brewery, we walked down the hill to what else was available. We ran into Empire Burgers and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The burgers had great flavor and the fries were excellent with the jalapeo ranch sauce. Don’t order a side with your burger, but order a ‘full’ fries, it’s enough for 3 to share. Oh, and the beer was good. I’d go back for sure!
You know that scene in When Harry Met Sally? Well, this is that. Wasabi Mayo is a must for their burgers, as is a chocolate shake to compliment. You’ll work off the calories in the mountains.

The absolute WORST greeting & service ever – total assholes. After 4th of July parade, I walked in with 3 kids and 2 adults – we were treated so rudely that I am motivated to warn others. There are so many other wonderful places in Breck that Empire Burger should just hang it up.
Chill place, nice folks, great food. Amazing chili cheese fries, awesome for late night.
Pretty good and, for a resort town, fairly priced. The buns aren’t quite up to the burgers. Good spot for kids.
