NorthSide Pizza was referred to us by the resort so we assumed it was good. After a long day of travel I ordered a small pizza, salad, waters and app. The manager answering the phone was completely rude. Very short with me and not willing to answer questions. I called after waiting 90 minutes and was told the driver was out with his last couple deliveries and should be to us soon. Total delivery time was 1 Hour 30 minutes. The food arrived cold like it had been sitting around for awhile. Our salad looked fresh however no forks to eat it with. Our beverages ordered were missing. Delivery driver was pleasant so we tipped well but this product is way over priced and the manager taking the orders in store really needs to take a lesson in customer service. It would have been really easy just to be nice and helpful rather than rude. Never will we order again and hopefully the driver finds a new place to work.

Great beer. Food ok if you are drinking. Very much a serve yourself place so if you want to relax and be waited on this is not the spot.
Inattentive Staff. Poor service and rubbery cheese. Don’t order take out here. They said the pizza would be ready in 20-25 minutes so 40 min. later I went in to pick it up. The bartender rang me up and went back bringing out another person’s pick up order. I waited for a half an hour watching the staff bring out several other people’s orders and the staff take shots with some customers. When I went back to the counter to inquire how much longer it would be the same bartender asked if she could get me anything? I told her I was still waiting for my pizza at which point she went back to the kitchen and brought it out. The cheese was hard and overcooked from presumably sitting in a box under a heat lamp for almost an hour due to extremely poor bar service. 5/3/13.
White crown pizza was good. Delivery takes forever though- even for locals who they know by name.
