The Royal Mint Hot Chocolate is the best they serve here. I ordered crepes but those turned out a little soggy. They also have these incredible meringues that actually melts through your mouth!

Take the Quick Silver on Peak 9 to find this place. It’s a beautiful lodge in a beautiful area. It’s also a great place to warm up. While it is beautiful, it’s a rip off. You are a captive ski audience. We had chicken planks, two order of fries, a yogurt parfait, hummus and three drinks. $50! That’s crazy high. The fries were cold. Everything else was fine, but not at those prices. During lunch this place is crazy.

Attractive building, nice location, ridiculously expensive, super busy.. The location and building are very nice. Good views, sunny patio. On a busy day, the place is a zoo. Very hard to find a place to site and hard to move between tables. The place used to have really good BBQ and made-to-order burritos. Prices were reasonable for a ski resort, quality and quantity was good. This has taken a turn for the worse in the last few years. I was there second week of December 2014. Medium size burger: $15 (no fries), fries: $8, drink: $5. Quality is medium at best. $25+ is much too expensive for what you get. More than $100 for a family of 4. And they have the arrogance to charge 30 cents for hot water on top of that! I might be OK paying that much for quality but it is only average at best. Now that Vail Resorts has taken over the Peak 9 restaurant, its hard to find a reasonable place to eat at Breckenridge. Any ideas?
