Maybe my favorite Philly sandwich shop. First they chop up that meat on the flat top tenderizing it. Second I love the works, didn’t think I would but I do. Lettuce tomato, mayo, and you must have the hot peppers.
Horrible manager. The manager of this establishment is rude and totally disrespectful. Since when is the customer wrong when Old Philly made a mistake in the order? The absolute poorest customer service by the manager. Buyer beware. We won’t go back.
Horrible Customer Service. Tonight we experienced one of the worst customer service experiences. Our take-out order was filled incorrectly. When we got home we realized that we had the wrong sandwich. Upon returning to Olde Philly, the manager told us we should order correctly next time and that he would fix it this time only. Wow! Check your orders before you leave folks. You may have to eat whatever winds up in your bag, whether your ordered it or not. Mistakes happen, bad customer service shouldn’t. ps. Don’t try to call the manager to complain, he will use very unfavorable words.
Love this place! I crave their Philly cheese steak sandwich and will go out of my way to eat here!!
Olde Philly has been consistently great for decades! While maybe not quite Philly, it’s 1800 miles closer to Denver/Boulder/Broomfield. Make it your guilty pleasure of choice. Mmmmm mmmm yum!
