Our go-to place for Mexican overlooking the Meadows. When Castle Rock does fireworks on the 4th of July you can eat and enjoy the show in the distance at the same time. They have an extensive outdoor patio available if the weather cooperates.The food is good with some innovative choices. We like eating here.
Good food. Cold beer. Excellent service. The beans and salsa was especially memorable.
Terrible service. Last night my wife and I were craving some good Mexican food. We had heard decent things about Carlos Miguel’s so we decided to try it out. After placing a to go order we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there about 20 minutes after we placed the order and we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before they even brought out the food all the while dealing with rude employees. We ordered a large chips and caso and chicken fajitas. After getting our food and going home we opened up the food to find that they gave us a large caso to go cup but it was less than half filled, and they forgot the tortillas for the fajitas. At this point we were pretty upset because Carlos Miguel’s is not the cheapest place and they messed up our order. And on top of all that, the food wasnt even good. We will never eat there again.
This place is awesome! The food is incredible and the service is very fast and very courteous. I will definitely eat here again!
Good Food. I liked that they served their chips with both salsa and bean dip since I do not like salsa. I had a ground beef crunchy taco and it was delicious, beans and rice were yummy too. I would go again if I lived in the area
This place was awesome! Great food, we were a little worried because there wasn’t anyone in the parking lot, but we were glad when we went in! I definately reccomend this to anyone!
Someone told my wife about this place and we are so happy we went there! The dcor food and service was great. We had been to guadalajara Mexican restaurant and it was awful and this place made up for Mexican food
