Granelli’s is my favorite pizza in Castle Rock. Their thin crust and sweet sauce are delicious… Love the square cut pieces… They are also known for their Chicago Beef sandwiches as well… Love how they put a swirl of sauce in the middle of the pizza (on top)…

I was pretty disappointed with their pizza. I had high hopes when I walked in, seeing all the Chicago decor (made me feel at home!), but the pies were over priced and the sauce was bland. The crust was mediocre at best, way too thin. The toppings were quality, but without a solid base it just doesn’t add up. Maybe it’s just the Chicago pizza snob in me coming out, but Granelli’s doesn’t come close to a real Chicago pie.
Not worth the cost!. We recently ordered pizza for 7 people and it turned out to be $12 per person! The food’s okay, but not worth the price. In the future we’ll go somewhere else.
I’ve been picking up my pizza for the last 3 years because they didn’t deliver to my neighbor. It was well worth it! This has got to be the best in Castle Rock. Sicilian style thin crust with a great sauce (and plenty of it), real cheese and excellent toppings. I’ve had their wings and they are good as well. AND NOW THEY DELIVER TO MY HOOD! Hallelujah!
Excellent pizza and bread sticks.!! A little pricy but I was really impressed!!
