A bit of a correction. It is Christmas day in Castle Rock. They are only open until 10 pm tonight. This is a lot better than all the other places (except Waffle House which is 24/7). Amazing how getting fed regularly becomes a priority when traveling! FWIW the ones we checked are: IHOP 2200 Toss Asian 2100 Waffle House open 24 hrs Mt Fuji 1800 Village Inn closed Rock Yard closed Guadalajara closed Carlos Miguels closed The Egg & I closed Applebee’s closed Black Eyed Pea closed Chili’s closed=======Breakfast , lunch, or dinner 24/7 — as you wish.I don’t always want pancakes for lunch … but when I do I can find them at an IHOP.This particular IHOP has their act together. They can actually serve a hollandaise sauce that does not break before it makes the table.

Horrible!. I stopped in today on Christmas for a real meal. The food was good, but the service was awful. I waited 8 minutes for a to-go box. The waitress only checked on me when she brought the check and after all that didn’t offer to re-fill my drink or bring me a to-go cup. They we’re not busy and are being paid extra for the holiday shift. Simply no excuse for such poor service. on top of everything, I overheard a server cursing in Spanish.
Great as always ! Above average clean place and good service
