Coming from California these are the best street tacos I’ve had in Colorado. Asada with the Verde salsa are the way to go. Get a margarita at the bar upstairs and enjoy on the patio.
When Romo’s has their food truck at our church, we knew we had to try it! We got the carne tacos, and breakfast burritos, chorizo and a bacon one. All of it was awesome, we look forward to having it again!
