We are from Buffalo NY and planned a recent party in Castle Rock. The restaurant we selected, I was later told, would not be available for the date we needed. We asked a friend for another choice and she highly recommended Rose’s. What a happy choice we made with Carol’s help! The food was superb! The service outstanding. Our luncheon party was a huge and memorable success – a three hour lunch made memorable with everyone satisfied faces because of the awesome food!. Did I mention the desserts – to die for! Thank you so much Roses’s cooks and staff! We only wish we lived closer to you!! Barbara and Wally and 13 new friends!!
