Just went here tonight. Was looking for some Chinese after moving here a few weeks ago. Staff is very friendly but the food is not so friendly. I really hate to say it but it was one of the worst chinese food meals I have had in a long time. Sesame chicken mushy and very vinegary. Mushu chicken tastes of nothing but white pepper. Egg roles and fried rice were decent but nothing special. Will not be back.
Excellent. I had the orange chicken and my wife had the sesame chicken and they were both amazing. Probably the best Chinese food I have ever had. The service was very good. They never let your water glass get below half!
You’ll Enjoy South Garden II. The atmosphere at South Garden II is average but the food and value are terrific. In addition to good Chinese food, the staff seems genuinely happy to see you which, I’ve found, isn’t always the case at Asian restaurants. If you’re near I-25 and Founders Parkway, give South Garden II a try.
