Awesome find!. My friend and I found Sushi Castle quite by accident, and boy are we glad we did! We had lunch on a Saturday. We were greeted by Jesse, who was very friendly and engaging. He asked us questions about our preferences and made awesome recommendations. We tried the Sunshine roll and White Castle roll. Both were phenomenal! Don’t touch the soy sauce with either of these!! We sat at the sushi bar, watching the chef meticulously produce some of the most beautiful sushi I’ve ever seen. Being a sushi snob from L.A., I was blown away and pleased beyond belief that I found the sushi restaurant I’ve been searching for for 3 yrs!! Pricing is high, but I overlooked that due to my joy of discovery. We will become regulars and can’t wait to eat our way through the fusion menu. So much to try!
Good stuff!. This is a great place, lots to choose from and of very high quality. Consistently good, we’ve been 5 times and every visit was spot on, no complaints. A nice take on sushi with very creative and fresh choices. Alternatives to sushi on the menu include some chinese entrees. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Great food, friendly, attentive service. We had both a hot dish, nigiri, and a few rolls, all were done nicely. The waitress and chef gave us personal recommendations and were great. Nice little secret in Castle Rock
Choose somewhere else. Bad service, bad food. The worst sushi experience I have every had. I ordered a drink and 10 min later the sushi chef had to go and get the sake I ordered. The tuna as so tough I could not bite through it. I complained and all he could would do was shrug his sholders. No attempt to replace it. Go somewhere else.
Sushi is very good! Wait time is a bit long. Friendly staff but understaffed. Prices are good. Recommend this Sushi Establishment but plan ahead. If you want it in a Flash…go to Mt. Fuji instead, just bring some Tumms….and extra Toilet Paper. They are not Fresh but great for Fast Weight Loss!
