Delivered completely frozen solid. They don’t tell you that the ham has to been thawed 36-48 hours prior to serving.We googled what to do since it was delivered Christmas Eve and every page suggested to warm it at 325 degrees for 4 hours. The ham was disgusting! Fowl at best. We wasted a 10lb. Ham. Not to mention the price. The sides we ordered were ok at best. Thanks for ruining my Christmas meal!
