Impressively Massive Feeding Frenzy Expertly Managed. Leave it to the Scandinavians to figure out how to people move a gazillion folks through a cafeteria line and manage to serve them fairly priced, decently prepared and tasty food in a matter of minutes. If one simply sees this phenomenon for the process management wonder that it is, there is room for some praise here. The food is impressively fresh and hot, the portions are more than adequate, and the prices are still very reasonable even though the prices have been raised considerably. A complete lunch will cost you $12-$17. I genuinely enjoyed the Swedish meatballs and potato sides, the fresh salads, and the small selection of simple desserts. It is certainly utilitarian, but it works for its purpose. Consider this a unique experience and give it a try.
