Too fatty. Have you ever eaten something so fatty that you just feel sick afterwards? That’s how I feel when I eat their burgers. Their hot dogs are good though.

I used to love this place, but had a terrible experience today. I ordered a well done burger, that was closer to medium (yuck). I’ve always ordered chili cheese fries here, but today I got them and there was too much cheese/not enough chili. The whole thing tasted like a bunch of artificial cheese (couldn’t really taste the chili or fries.Of course we are all human and things aren’t perfect. I rarely call and complain, but this meal was terrible. When I spoke to the manager/owner he told me he made the order and it was correct. The person that took my order didn’t put in well done. So I guess this is my fault? When I mentioned the chili, he said he put a huge scoop in it. He said if I wanted to try again I could get a discount and hung up.Really? Can you be more unprofessional? I called to let you know the food you just served me was disgusting and you argue? I can try again some other time? I would still like to eat dinner today.Avoid this place.

Ordered a char burger meal and a kids meal (hotdog). My burger and fries were quite good. The young gal upfront recommended the speadable sharp cheddar, which I hadn’t heard of, but was really good. My daughter liked her meal as well, especially the dessert (they had an option of a mini-cupcake or Haagen-Dazs single). Place is pretty small, but there was outside seating. Staff seemed pleasant and helpful. All-in-all, we really liked it and will definitely be back.
We showed up at 6:55pm during the week (we often eat dinner a little late). We arrived simultaneously with 2 other cars. The person that took our order had a bad attitude. Second point she mumbled under her breath as to why. They were closing right now. At 7pm? What restaurant in their right mind closes at 7pm. That just seems crazy to me. So I guess the question is where does the blame go? The $7 employee for copping an attitude because she wants to go home and then all of a sudden gets rushed, or the ownership/management for providing poor expectations? I’d have to go with the latter, and based on other reviews it sounds like the people running the show are pretty sub-par. As far as food is concerned, it was pretty good. There are so many burger joints aiming at this same concept, it is easy to get lost in the mix. With above average, yet still forgettable food, poor management and bad hours, it will be interesting to see how long before they are gone or make some significant changes.
