Awesome Mexican food! A broad range of treaty offerings from smothered and cheesy to clean and lean. Chips are a little greasy, but fresh, and the salsa comes spicy!
Western Mex. I had lunch with friends here this Sunday. It was packed to the gills so that’s always a good sign. Service was kind but spotty. I chalked it up to the Sunday lunch rush, plus we were enjoying our company. I thoroughly enjoyed the salsa. Nice kick and chunky tomatoes. Opted for the steak burrito and it was way too much food. I’m writing this 6 hours later and still feel like I need a nap.
Great service but the chicken in the taquetos had a grey tint and didn’t seem to be cooked all the way… The chili had a tamarind taste to it which I didn’t enjoy but some people may… But the queso was incredible!!!
The food here is consistently good. The service has never been anything but great. The food arrives quickly, hot and fresh. Never have I or any of my guests been disappointed!
Awesome Appetizer. Heard about the Chili Relleno Nachos from a friend. WOW!!! Made me an immediate fan from the first bite. I eat a lot of Mexican food and have definite ideas about what is good. This was great IMHO – will be back often. Service – mine was excellent.
Awesome!. One of the best I have been to…ever. AND I grew up in central Texas! The Carnitas were to die for but they only serve them on the weekends and Fridays. My first visit was greeted with a 35 minute wait on a Friday evening at 6:00. Get there early or the waits can get really long. The food was 5 stars but the service was 3 at best. The salsa and the green chile sauce are very very spicy so the lack of refills really hurt! All in all though the food made up for the service!
My family ate here today and it was outstanding! Everyone is friendly and the food is delishous! The portion sizes are huge so maybe split your meal with another person. I have nothing negative to say about Los dos potrillos.
