We were disappointed with our experience here. We have been coming to this restaurant despite the rude staff (the skinny guy) for a long time. We give them business a couple times a week and usually try to brush it off when they are rude. Tonight not only was the guy not nice, didnt greet us, wont talk when he comes to the table. When he forgot the appetizers and we reminded him for the second time his response was okay. Apparently he rang in the app as a second order. The app came at the end of dinner. When I went to pay I was overcharged but told the guy. He began to lie to me saying an order of spring rolls means one spring roll and not two. I pointed out that he was wrong according the menu. We were then refunded for one app. I do not feel like these people appreciate anyones business, doesnt even matter if they are repeat customers. P.s I have told them about the staff not being so friend before.
Rating: Tell Your FriendsOther family members from Vietnam strongly recommend this restaurant and I can understand why! Although a little pricey (large pho is $9.25) the food is spot on. I got a rare steak and brisket pho and was happily impressed. Broth is prepared correctly with star anise seeds, fish sauce, ginger, cilantro, and onions. Ample amounts of protein with a piping hot soup to cook the rare steak in. Clean restaurant with attentive waitstaff not on their phones or sitting. I appreciated the hold on to traditional cuisine and not getting caught up in making easy money. Take a break from shopping, Pho Khang is a highly recommend.
I’ve been to Vietnam before and I missed the food and the weather there. And what I love the most is their food so I went here at Pho Khang because they serve the best Vietnamese food. This is a pho restaurant so expect more and bigger serving of pho.Love this place. Love the Ambiance. Totally perfect.
It’s a pho restaurant, which, for whatever reason, is very similar to all the other pho restaurants I’ve been to. In this case, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.I got the bun bo nuong (there’s supposed to be several diacritics in that, but I’m not bothering). While the menu simply says rice noodles and grilled beef, there’s a lot more than that: bean sprouts, lettuce, peanuts, cucumbers, carrots, and I’m sure I’m forgetting something. It’s really good, especially with the taryiaki-like sauce they have on the table. Plus they give you a large amount. The only thing keeping me from giving this a full 5 rating is that it costs just under $10, and I’ve had very similar dishes for less.
The pot stickers were nice. The sesame chicken was a bit dry. The lemongrass chicken was spicy, as promised, with notes of fish sauce. Worth a try. We will go again and try other things.
I am visiting Colorado and stumbled upon this gem. Our waiter Paul was FANTASTIC. The pho was wonderful!! This is a must try!!!
