Love!. I love Saj, the workers are so friendly. Dilal, Danielle, Ethan, are some of my favorite people who work there, I go in daily, ask them anything they are willing to help you without question! I have never had a bad expierence, the employees are so cute and make you laugh. The food is DELICIOUS and my faovirte part about it is the falafels are gluten free, and vegeterian. perfect for people who can’t digest any gluten items, and for people who are animal free.

Absolutely blew my mind! My husband and I had the Beef and Chicken Shwarma Saj plates which come with your choice of 4 sides. We had spicy hummus, salad, spicy potatoes, chickpeas, and falafel, and everything was perfectly spiced! Definitely will be coming back again soon!!

Delicious. I’m always up to try new foods, happend in here on a whim. The simple meat & rice bowls were excellent for our kids, the seasoning on the rice was so different and delicious. My husband & I shared the Kabob plate & and Chicken Shwarma, again both were so good. We enjoyed the Hummus & flat breads. I am looking forward to taking my In~Laws here to try the spicy Hummus.

Best falafels!. It’s hard to find a falafel that is both flavorful and moist. Saj has perfected that! Their falafel is so delicious. I love making a sandwich with the freshly cooked saj bread and adding pickled turnips and pickles to it. YUMMY!!!!

Best Mediterranean….Beats Garbanzos. I have eaten at Garbanzos here in the Denver area several times, but I have found a new love. Saj Mediterranean Grill is definitely doing Mediterranean food in a more tastier fashion.Their falafel is unparalleled and their Beef Shawarma still tantalizes me as I write this. My wife had the Zaatar…well, until I took it from her. The Zaatar is a thyme and olive oil mixture that they cook between a folded piece of their Saj bread. The saj bread is made fresh every day and you can actually watch them making it.I found their site at: http://www.sajgrill.comI‘m not sure if you can order online, yet (they do have an area for it, but it doesn’t look complete) but they are offering a Kids Eat Free during the dinner time.Check it out…for real!
