Not worth the wait. Many other great choices for burgers. Fires were so, so. Milkshake was good! I don’t get the hype. Wendy’s new W burger is just as good.
Lunch disaster. After waiting 15 minutes to get a table and another 10 to get my shake, our food didn’t show for another 15 minutes. What a disappointment. I was excited to go after hearing Steak n Shake mentioned in the same breath as Five Guys and In & Out burger… It really doesn’t deserve to be in the discussion.
This was the only time I ever left a restaurant without finishing more than a couple bites of my food. It was unspeakably bad. The fries were flimsy and tasteless, and my patty melt was greasy, falling apart, and disgusting. My husbands food was no better. We accepted the loss and left with full plates. With no redeeming factor, I will not be returning.
Not impressed.
